An optional secrecy envelope is no longer included with your ballot.
The optional secrecy envelope has always been optional for voters and is now no longer needed.
The outer signature envelope has the printed security weave on the inside
that protects your privacy.
Your privacy and the secrecy of your vote has always been and will
continue to be protected throughout the ballot counting process.
This decision has been formally approved by the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office and will save money and staff time.

This decision was not taken lightly, right now the demand for election envelopes exceeds the supply available.
Drop Site Boxes are open 24 hours a day until 8pm Election Night
Heppner- Bartholomew parking lot and Courthouse Room 102
Lexington- Public Works parking lot - 365 W Hwy 74
Boardman - County Health Department parking lot, 101 NW Boardman Ave.
Irrigon - 215 NE Main Ave., Morrow County Government Center Parking Lot
Ione - Spring St. (by intersection to 3rd Street)
Vote and Return Your Ballot
Follow the instructions on the ballot and place only the voted ballot in
your return envelope. Postmarks DO count.
Signed envelope must be received by Election Day or postmarked and validated by Postal Service by election day.
Sign the Voter’s Statement on the back of the return envelope.
Mail or deliver the signed and sealed return envelope as soon as possible.
You can return your ballot by:
*Sending it through the USPS Mail with prepaid mailing
*Dropping it off at ANY Oregon county Elections Office
*Dropping it in a designated drop site box
To Request a Replacement Ballot if:
You make a mistake, your ballot is damaged or spoiled or you lose your ballot

con su boleta.
El sobre secreto opcional siempre ha sido opcional para los votantes y es ahora ya no es
necesario. El sobre de firma exterior tiene el tejido de seguridad impreso en el interior
que protege su privacidad. Su privacidad y el secreto de su voto siempre ha sido y
continuará estando protegido durante toda la votación proceso de conteo. Esta decisión
ha sido aprobada formalmente por la Oficina del Secretario de Estado de Oregón y
ahorrara dinero y tiempo del personal.

Vote y devuelva su boleta
Siga las instrucciones en la boleta y coloque solo la boleta votada en su sobre de
devolución. Los matasellos SÍ cuentan. Se debe recibir el sobre firmado antes del día
de las elecciones o matasellos y validados por el Servicio Postal antes del día de las
elecciones.
Firme la Declaración del votante en el reverso del sobre de devolución.
Envíe por correo o entregue el sobre de devolución firmado y sellado lo antes posible.
Usted puede devolver su boleta de la siguiente manera:
*Enviarlo a través del correo de USPS con correo prepagado
*Dejarlo en CUALQUIER Oficina de Elecciones del condado de Oregón
*Dejarlo caer en un buzón de sitio designado
Para solicitar una boleta de reemplazo si:
Comete un error, su boleta está dañada o estropeada o pierde su boleta
