CHL Morrow County Residents
This page is for Morrow County Residents ONLY. If you are not a Morrow County resident click here.
This page is designed to help applicants apply for a Morrow County CHL. Applicants will be required to show proof of the following at the time of an appointment:
- Must be a Morrow County, Oregon resident (own, lease, rent property, etc.)
- Must be a citizen of the United States. If not a citizen of the United States, applicant must be a legal resident alien who can document continuous residency in Morrow County for at least six months and has declared in writing to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services their intention to become a citizen and can present proof of the written declaration to the Sheriff at the time of the application.
- Must have completed an Oregon approved CHL training class. (oregonchl.org is sponsored by the Oregon State Sheriff’s Association).
- Veterans must bring their DD214 (may also be used in place of above CHL class if it shows firearm training).
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- Current Driver’s License or ID
- Completed application
