Morrow County, Oregon
Morrow County Public Works requests bids for preparing roadway for paving, haul, and place hot mix asphalt. Bidder’s submitting bids shall be considered based upon the lowest responsive and responsible bid. A pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bids from Contractors not in attendance will be considered non-responsive. The pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday April 24, 2024, 1:00 pm in Boardman Oregon at the corner of Rippee Rd. and Root Ln. All documents for this Invitation To Bid must be obtained from the Morrow County Website Bids & RFPs tab. The Invitation To Bid closes and will be reviewed Thursday April 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm P.S.T.
