REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
SURVEYING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
Morrow County Road, Bridge, and Public Works Projects - Morrow County, Oregon
Morrow County, Oregon, requests proposals from qualified SURVEYING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES to provide engineering services for various County Road, Bridge, and Public Works projects. Firms submitting qualifications shall be considered based upon the following general evaluation criteria:

C. Labor & Equipment Availability
D. Method of Approach
E. Response time to requests
F. Process to deliver requests
G. Method of file sharing
H. Process of project closeout
