Request for proposals (RFP) Vehicle Upfitting Services
Morrow County, Oregon
Morrow County is seeking the services of qualified vendors to provide Patrol and Road Department
vehicle upfitting services on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. The selected vendor(s) will provide
complete installation services for vehicles based on the County's provided specifications. The
evaluation will be based on a combination of technical quality, experience, qualifications of the
proposed team, competitive pricing, and the vendor’s proximity to Morrow County and familiarity
with local conditions. Pricing will be evaluated based on proposed labor rates and materials markup
percentage, using a sample vehicle and component list provided in this RFP.
