REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ACP Level 3 Hot Mix Asphalt
Morrow County, Oregon
Morrow County Public Works is requesting proposals for the supply of ACP Level 3 Hot Mix Asphalt. Proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with consideration given to trucking turn-around times to various paving sites.
