Morrow County Equity Fund
The Morrow County Equity Fund (MCEF) was established in 2003 to provide funding assistance for businesses within the county. Funds are typically used for permanent financing for real estate or equipment purchases. The MCEF is administered by the Greater Eastern Oregon Development Corporation (GEODC) on behalf of Morrow County.

The Equity Fund Loan Review Committee is appointed by the Board of Commissioners to provide an initial review and recommendation of all loan requests to the Board. The Committee consists of the Morrow County Finance Department Director; one at-large member representing Boardman and Irrigon; and a representative from Bank of Eastern Oregon, Banner Bank, Community Bank, and the Willow Creek Valley Economic Development Group (WCVEDG).
